Missing multiplier points from in store purchase

I made a purchase in store today and before doing so I asked the cashier if the point multiplier would apply and she said it would. I seem to have gotten the base points but not the bonus points yet. I am used to seeing them appear at the same time so wanted to know if I should be worried or not.

Same thing with me. I spent almost 300 and only got the base points. Should be getting 4x
