Missing items in the Summer Splurge Sample Bag

I received my bag in the mail 2 days ago and realized that the SUNNY SOIREE sample bag only came with 6 items, when it's advertised for 8! The two things that I wanted to try the most -  Anastasia Brow Wiz and Make up Forever Pressed Powder are missing!! 

Called Sephora immediately, the representative said the bag is out of stock hence she cannot resend.  She offered to credit me some points (which isn't enough to redeem for 2 any other products).  I refused the offer and she suggested for me to try a sephora store, but she went ahead to credit me the points even though that's not what I want.

Went to Sephora store yesterday, the representative said the promotion was a long time ago so they ran out of stock.  She said there's nothing she can do and went to another rep for guidance. The second rep came and said the same thing BUT she suggested I call Sephora again because it was ordered online.

So... I guess it's MY fault that I ordered online and that the products went missing.  

For next time, I highly recommend Sephora to advertise it like this: "treat yourself to a limited-edition beauty bag, filled with UP TO 8 samples." No more disappointment ever again.

I went to my local Sephora and they still have the bag of samples. If you live in NYC, the Sephora inside WTC still have it
