Missing items in my order

Hi! So, I ordered some things online at the end of December and only received like half of the items I purchased; the order/tracking says itโ€™s supposed to be all in one package ๐Ÿคจ I can understand missing samples (fine by me), but I am missing stuff I paid for. I never had this issue before, wondering if itโ€™s just the holidays thatโ€™s causing this? Any help would be much appreciated! ๐Ÿ™‚
