Missing items from Play box

For the second month in a row, my Play box is missing two items. I called Customer Service the first time and luckily they fixed it, but it happened again in December. No Stilla eyeliner and no Smashbox eyeshadow! I find it very weird as this has never happened before and then twice in a row!? Please help.
