Missing item

On Dec 20th at 9:09 pm I purchased 10 items for $394.49 but only 9 items were put in my bag.  I am missing the all Kure set I purchased for $40.83.  This happened at the cash because it’s on my receipt.  The Vaughan mills Sephora is notorious for this crap.  I want to know what I can do about this.  It is absolutely disgusting that this sort of thing happens at Christmas time and now I have a niece who will not have a Christmas gift.
