Missing item

Hello, for my last order I used the code EYELOCK, which is still showing as an available offer on your website, and the Kat Von D concealer never arrived with the rest of my items. I've noticed the past several months that the samples I pick rarely come with my packages. I normally wouldn't complain, because they're free, but it's disappointing every time an item I look forward to trying is missing.

I haven't gotten the samples I requested for every single order I've made for at least the last 9 months. I usually do get the deluxe sample but NEVER the smaller samples. There are rumors that staff working in the packing & warehouse are stealing them instead of putting them in our boxes and then selling them on eBay. I have to say that seems likely unfortunately.
