Missing item in my order

Hello, I ordered 3 items but only received 2 of the items I paid for.

The samples were in the box but not the 3rd item I ordered.

Is there any way to resolve this? I have a picture of the contents of the box. I don,t have any item to return because it was simply missing from the box.

 

Any help is appreciated! 🙂
