Missing eye cream in FAB holiday set

Hi I just bought my FAB holiday set today from store for $64. The only purpose of buying that was I wanted their eye duty cream. To my shock when I opened that box after coming home, there was no eye cream inside it. Lady at Sephora came from back store already had my box in Sephora bag and that’s how she handed over to me. It never happened before so I didn’t even take out the box from the bag. I am very disappointed as I went all the way to buy this. I also reserved this item before going in to make sure it does not go out of stock. What do I do now?
