Missing Samples

I placed 2 orders this week, selecting 4 different samples. I only got 1. in the past, at least I would get the wrong samples, but would get something  🤷🏻‍♀️ I have 2 more orders coming in and I know I shouldn’t expect anything. 
I understand this is something extra Sephora is doing, which is amazing. But  why offer them then if they won’t arrive?

This just happened to me too! I selected a sample of the Gucci mascara. I was so excited to try it, and to see it as a sample choice, but it was not in my order!
