Missing Samples

My sephora packages often come without the samples I chose and usually it doesn’t bother me too much, they’re free, things run out, but this time I placed an order specifically because I really wanted to try the perfume sampler bag, it had a lot of perfumes I was going to look into buying in the future but I didn’t receive any of my other samples let alone the bag 😞 sad

I placed my order and received two shipments; the 2nd shipment had one eyemask in which seems kinda wasteful but I guess I appreciate the effort to get the majority of my order out asap.

I had hoped my samples would be in the 2nd order but nope. I usually wait to place my order for a good choice of samples, especially haircare ones, and was disappointed I didn't receive any, not even a replacement if those samples had sold out.

Right.. I didn’t get any samples.. again. Almost every time I don’t get them.
