Missing Samples !!

I received my shipment today, however, the 2 FREE samples I selected were NOT there! Although they are free, I love those and carefully selected them from all the options...and this is also something the client deserves, as word of promise from Sephora, right? Very disappointing and seek solutions here.

BTW It's my birthday order shipment....feel the double disappointment :((  I'd even like to return the order I receive. Been Sephora fans for so many years and it's quite speechless now.

I also just got my order with the samples missing 😞 I was so looking forward to trying the product. My mom got her order a few weeks ago and it looked like someone dumped a bin of samples in hers! 😞
