Missing Samples

I recently ordered some skincare, and ordered 2 samples. I received neither of them in my package. I read on a previous post from that Sephora is supposed to substitute these samples if they run out. Disappointed that this has already happened to a handful of my parcels, and my samples have never been replaced 😞
