Missing Samples

Looking at the other posts, I see that I am not alone dealing with this missing samples situation!

My last DOZEN orders have had no samples, 1 Sample, or a substitute!  For the most part, NO SAMPLES!

One of the main reasons I shop at Sephora is because of the samples!  The perk provides me with an opportunity to try new products, and fragrances!

MANY of the samples that I’ve received over the years, ended up being products I purchased, and continue to purchase FULL SIZE, from Sephora!

I understand occasionally substitutions need to be made, but this receiving nothing is getting real old!

If I’m going to pay retail for a product, I can take my business elsewhere! 

Please Sephora, fix this perk!  If you can’t fix it, drop it!
