Missing Samples VIB Member

I can't recall the last time that you've included any samples that I've requested with my online orders.  What's up with that?  I nearly reach Rouge status annually.  One would think VIB & Rouge members would have priority over samples.  Or at least replace them with other available samples if you've run out.

@keelybt Just found the PM in my emails but not sure where to reply as the link only seems to open my Sephora app.  The last two orders, I didn't receive samples.  Order numbers are;   Thank you!
