Missing Samples? Dissapointed.

This is my first time ever ordering from Sephora. I ordered because of the 50% off discount that was going on and I was super excited for my package! I just recieved it and none of the samples I chose were in the box? My order sheet also doesn't have them listed, but in the emails I received prior to this the samples were still included, even after I received one other email stating that a lip balm I purchased was sold out so wasn't included. I'm not sure what to do about this or if there is anything to do about this? Very disappointed and probably won't order online from here again.
