Missing Point Reward and WRONG Samples

I AM SO FRUSTRATED! I went to the store on my birthday to pick up a product I needed, get my bday gift, and turn in my Play! box points. I had a hand full of stuff, the girl ignored me and talked to her friend when my fiance and I were the only one in the store so I put all but the thing I needed down, did not get my gift OR samples and my points did not go into my acct... so i called customer service gave my receipt info and they said they would add a bday gift code to my acct. and fixed my points... It took over a month and when the bday code showed up I decided to place my order. I spent $100 used my points for the rewards I wanted and selected my samples... I got ny order in 2 shipments but I'm missing an item I bought with my rewards... and 2 out of 3 samples are wrong... the TWO I REALLY WANTED TO TRY! This is unacceptable.... I will continue to get the play box as long as the stuff inside is good and buy the products I like at Ulta, better prices, better coupons, and I GET THE REWARDS AND SAMPLES I order...
