Missing Package

I ordered my necessities before I leave on a trip. I was so excited. I didn't see any package outside my house, despite the fact that it states the package was delivered. When I spoke with customer service, they informed me that nothing could be done due to prior accommodations . I don't understand; I just got here and haven't made any accommodations beforehand. Why would they address me like that? I'm totally frustrated. It was a $191 order, and I have no idea what to do. I also work part-time while attending school. That was money I had worked for. I'm quite disappointed in Sephora.

Dealing with this exact issue right now I’ve spoken with two beauty advisors they have been incredibly understand but their hands are tied because of a stupid and inaccurate system alert of “previous accommodations” when in fact I have not ever been accommodated as if to say Sephora is compromising or settling when in fact they are fixing their distributor errors or carrier delivery errors. I now have to jump through hoops to get a refund when there is photo delivery proof that my package was sent to a completely different address than that listed on my order, and I have to now contact the carrier for them to do something or reach out to Sephora and say “hey we delivered it wrong” meanwhile it’s clear they did because there is photo of it. FleerOptics is the most unreliable carrier and every Sephora savings event over the last 5 years I have now been separating my items into multiple orders of less than $300 just in case a package goes missing so I am not out the usual $1000+ I spend during these events.
