Missing Package and No Help from Sephora

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here has been through something similar and can help.

I got an email today saying my Sephora order was delivered, but when I went to look for it… it was nowhere to be found. The order was around $430, so this is really stressful. I was saving this for a Christmas gift for my mom and now I don’t know what to do.

When I checked the delivery photo, the driver didn’t leave it at my front door, they left it at the gate, completely outside and not secure. I’ve asked my neighbours, checked all around my building, and looked everywhere. Nothing.

I contacted Sephora, but they told me they can’t do a refund, replacement, or ship-to-store because the tracking says it was delivered. Basically they said there’s nothing they can do on their end.

I’ve seen some people say to dispute it with my credit card, but I’ve also seen stories of people getting denied or it being a really long process. I honestly don’t know what to do now.

If anyone has advice, or has gotten a similar situation resolved, please let me know. This is so frustrating. Thanks in advance everyone.
