Missing Items from purchase history & double points & have enough points for VIB & haven't gotten it

I am missing all of the Buxom eye shadow that I have purchased (5 of them) from my purchase history.  The VIB is supposed to be 350 points well I passed that but haven't gotten any notification of such and it still states that I need an additional $59 dollars. I made two purchases last week in store during double points and I still have not received credit for that either. If someone could help me out I would be grateful. Thanks

Oh no! I'll message you now to look into your account. Also, VIB is based on spend and points are not the best indicator of spend, since we sometimes have 2x,3x, 4x the points offers. Also for our recent promo, the bonus points will be credited to your Beauty Bank by Oct 15th. Thank you.
