Missing/Damaged Products Refused to Give Refund

Took 2 months to receive refund after constant messaging but ended up receiving only half of the refund amount. 

 

They claim that they refunded the full amount and don`t know where the other half went. Wanted to verify the amount with my bank, but they refused to give proof of refund/receipt. 

 

Sephora and their customer service is a joke.
