Missing Beauty Insider Points

I just logged into my Sephora account for the first time in a few weeks and I'm suddenly missing quite a few of my beauty insider points. Last time I checked I had around 200 points and now I down to 54 points. I checked my transaction history and it shows that none have been used up from my account so I know they aren't gone because of me. Is this just some system glitch? I've heard of people stealing peoples points on their Ulta accounts but I don't think thats what happened here. I don't know what to do? Has this happened to anyone else before? Any advise it welcome
