Missing Beauty Insider Points

I purchased in store last week and I just realized those points are not showing up. But I think I have got rid of my receipt. Is there any way that I can deal with this? I suspect the cashier got the wrong account when I checked out. I was hoping those points would bring me much closer to VIB rouge.
