I am experiencing the same problem, I purchased items from sephora yesterday and today and my points won't show in my account.

I apologize about this! It can take up to a full 24 hours for points to appear on your account from an in store purchase. If it has passed 24 hours, please feel free to send me or any other Mod a private message with a clear photo of your receipt, so we can add the points to your Beauty Bank. Thank you. 🙂
