Missing 2 items from order

Good evening,
I recently received my last order from the VIB sale. When I opened the package, I noticed that I am missing two of the items and the samples.
My order was to include Olaplex no. 3, 4, 5, and 6 and Drunk Elephant A-Passion Retinol Cream. However, I did not receive the Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector and Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo. 
This situation is not the first time where I have had issues with Not receiving my entire order. Last year during the sale, I received a completely different order than the one I had paid for. 
I would appreciate, if I could get some help to rectified this situation.
