Mia Clarisonic Help!!! :(

I just bought a Mia Clarisonic. I plugged it in for the first time to charge it for 24 hours, but it wouldn't stop vibrating! Is it defective? What should I do?

Ohh no!  Definitely bring the item back to the store you purchased it at (along with your receipt!) and a Cast Member will be able to assist you in exchanging your Clarisonic for a new one.  Sorry about that!
