Mens Cologne Sampler issue

For several years my mom got me the cologne sampler kit and now she's passed away my wife gets it for me we've never had a problem until this year. I just opened up my set found three of the vials empty. Plus two of them have some sort of foreign material inside of them. If customer service could contact me, that would be great.
