Mascara Clumpy

I bought new mascara (Better Than Sex, Chocolate) on June 19, 2024. Earlier this week I found it was clumpy and the wand isn’t fluffy. I’ve had this happen with several of these, just never this fast. Is it too late to return it?

I don't work at Sephora or anything but it should probably be fine to return it now.
