You do not need a license. But they do put you through a course before you become a studio artist. SEPHORA loves to educate their cast members. Even if you have zero experience. Best bet is to apply online now, as they will be hiring for seasonals soon! Also, doesn't hurt to bring a portfolio and resume and personally introduce yourself to the store director or hiring specialist which are both higher management. Good Luck!
