MISSING ITEM FROM MY ORDER

Hi I have received my package today, but however, 1 item was missing in the package. but they already deducted the amount for two items from my debit card! and in the order confirmation email that i have received, showed the two items that I bought. I have emailed customer service but the service is really bad. please help!

I'm not sure exactly how Sephora works, but it's possible that the products are shipping from different warehouses.  Does your invoice slip say that both items are included?  It's possible that you'll get the package separately tomorrow or the next day.

The poor customer service, though, that's unacceptable.  You should be able to get answers pretty quickly.
