Lost store credit no resolution

I recently returned the new Kayali Velvet Santal to the Sephora at the fashion district in Philadelphia on Wednesday August 02. I misplaced the store credit card. I was told by Sephora customer support to contact the store. As you can see from the screen shot. 

I contacted the store and they told me there is nothing that can be done. So not only do I no longer have the product I returned but I won’t be reimbursed the $113? So Sephora gets to keep a lightly used perfume bottle and my money.  This is entirely unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years. And sephora can do nothing to reissue a card that sephora can see I never used. 

Sephora just lost a customer.

Hi @sabrinachacha Store Merchandise Cards/Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. I'm so sorry about that! I'll send you a PM to further assist.
