Lost points

I can’t believe there was no warning before my points were erased! I had over 5,000, and no idea there was such a stipulation. I had been a loyal customer for so many years, but I lost my job and I couldn’t afford to buy much during the pandemic as my mother died. I can’t understand how the very first year I missed out on the birthday gift, I lose it all. I don’t know if I can support this business anymore. I’m pretty sad about this.
