Lost points

I just noticed all my points expired 😕 I missed it by about a month. I saw a few posts where the response provided was the generic account inactivity reason. Has anyone been successful in appealing to Sephora customer service to have their points reinstated as most of us were unable to shop during the global pandemic where most non essential businesses were closed?

Hi @caramelatina,

 

Your points only expire if your account is completely inactive for 12 months. If you make a purchase, redeem points or your birthday gift once every 12 months, your points will continue to roll over. I will look into this for you and send you a PM.
