Lost points and t3 curler set in mail, no tracking number

I lost points or they are not showing up when I ordered the t3 curling iron set and it said order submitted or successful but I never got a confirmation email or tracking number so now I have lost money plus a very expensive product and no points. How do I fix all this.

Call Sephora Customer Service & they will take care of you right away! I've had to call them & they are great at fixing problems. Once in a while when I have ordered on-line, it's taken several days before I got the points added to my account, but Customer Service can answer that for you as well. Here is the Customer Service number for you.....1-877-737-4672. Hope this gets your problem solved!
