Lost package

Hello, 

 

I received an email telling that my order have been delivered in a safe drop. I was at home, didn't hear anything. I went outside after reading the message an hour later and the package was not there. I looked everywhere, contacted my neighbors, nothing! Please advice, this is the first time this happens 😞
