Lost package

Hello, I placed an order for $350 worth of products.  I work as an RN in a busy hospital and I wanted to do something nice for myself with everything going on and the uncertainty of the future.  I ordered a moisturizer, mask, eye cream, face wash, etc. but have not received it. UPS said it was delivered but I was home that day and no one dropped a package off.  I am trying to sort this out with UPS but it isn’t easy.  I figured I would reach out to you guys to see if there’s something to do.  Thanks.

My package got lost now and Sephora refuses to refund me. I am extremely disappointed with this company.
