Lost package

Hi,

I placed an order that says it was delivered to my apartment on December 12th. I asked my roommates whether they brought the package in today (I am currently at my parents' house) and they said they never got a package. I don't know whether the package was stolen or delivered to the wrong address, but they said no one has brought the package to our apartment. I'm not sure what I should do.
