Lost package

I placed an order on Novermber 14, and on November 15 the tracking history on Canada post showed that the package is delivered. However I wait until today, still didn't receive my package. The record showed that the package was supposed to be in the package locker, but I didn't receive the key of the locker as well, which means either my package is lost (stolen) or got by other people who got the key. This is a pretty valuable package to me and what should I do to get my lost back? Thank you!

This SAME EXACT thing happened to me, except I was literally standing there waiting for the mail man to be done delivering and watched while he DIDNT put the package in and left, and got the notification in the app saying it was delivered???? did you get a solution finally? I've emailed several times and written here several times and nobody will respond to me.

Glad I’m not the only one that this happened too I ordered the diamond palette and I was supposed to receive that and a ton of samples I didn’t get anything and they said it was delivered. I have never had this problem and now twice! With amazon and Sephora

btw, the package locker is different from other delivery conditions. If the package is not received, I will know immediately. It will not be like delay or something else. It is for sure that other people get the package or the package is lost. So waiting for a few days will not help.
