Lost package PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Today i got an email from sephora that my package was delivered but i never received my package. UPS is of no help and the locker company (luxer) at my apartment said that it looks like the shipping company never scanned my package and delivered it. What should i do now??? Help please!!!!
