Lost all points

So I guess I'm not the only one who saved all of their points only to have lost them all this year?

Also whatever 'status' level I had made it up to - now it's starting me all over and I'm just another brand new customer I suppose? That's disappointing.

Points will only expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. You can keep your account active by making a purchase, redeeming a reward, or the birthday gift. I'll be happy to check on this and I'll send you a message shortly.
