Lost all of my points

I was going to make a purchase and have noticed all my points are gone. Having over a 1000 this really upsets me and during a pandemic at that. Please help

This happened to me too!  I had over 4000 points! It’s seriously ridiculous

I just noticed this too! I missed 2 birthday gifts redemptions because of the pandemic and all my points were lost. No warning too. Ridiculous!

The same thing happened to me. I am very disappointed that Sephora took away points during the Pandemic. So many other companies changed their loyalty program policies temporarily because we couldn't shop and travel. This makes me far less likely to shop with Sephora.

I'm sorry to hear about your points. Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.

I tried to redeem my points awards but due to technical difficulties, I couldn’t! I just logged back on and I saw that all of my points (over 4000 points) are lost!
