Lost all my points

I'm so sad that I lost all of the points I had been saving up for years. If I knew they were going to expire, I definitely would've bought something, but I missed their email since I have promo emails sent to a second account. I specifically bought things from Sephora because of those points, but no one I talked to would help me restore them 😞
