Lost/Stolen sephora package

Hi, I purchased a package which was delayed due to the high volume of orders which I didn't mind as long as I received my package  before the holidays. After I received a notification that my order was going to be shipped shortly I kept checking the status of my order to keep an eye out for it. I kept checking and checking and checking and it kept saying shipped up until this morning when it said it was delivered yesterday. 

Yesterday was extremely windy so I was worried that it could have been blown away so I looked everywhere and asked a few neighbors and no one seemed to have seen the package or when it was delivered. I reached out to sephora and they said that there is photo showing it was delivered but I have yet to see it. I'm pretty sure at this point it was stolen. The issue that I'm having with this whole situation is that no one rang the door bell, there was no notification saying it was delivered, the online tracking is extremely inaccurate and now someone not only has the products I purchased with my own money but they have all my shipping info, potential access to my account and can easily return the items and get a full refund leaving  me stuck. Can someone please help me and give me some advice as to what I should do. Thank you so much in advance.
