Link phone number to online account

Hi, whenever I give my phone number for in-store purchases, I never see the points/purchases show up on my online account. I can tell because the points balance on my in-store receipts does not match up with my points on my account online. Is there any way to merge my accounts or at least figure out how to access whatever account is linked to my phone number!?
