Link phone number to account?

How can I link my phone number to my account? There is no option online to add a phone number.

I'm also trying to figure out how to link my phone number with my email address. I always use my phone number in store and just made an online account today, but there was no way to sign in with my phone number so I'd love to get them linked up!
