Laura Mercier birthday gift

Hi! Id like to redeem my birthday gift to get the Laura Mercier set but now it says “coming soon” when I try to order it. I don’t have a Sephora near me so I figured this was the best way. When will this set be released again? And since my birthday month is about to be over, can I get this set when it comes out even if it’s after my birthday month?
