Late Express Shipping

Hello,

 

I placed an order on February 10th choosing the express shipping option as it was expected to be delivered on February 13th. Today is February 15th and now for my surprise the expected delivery date was updated to February 21st, one day after the expected delivery date for the regular shipping. What is the point to pay almost the double of the price for the express shipping if the regular shipping is faster?? It's my first order online on Sephora and it will be my last one.

 

Please cancel my order and provide me a refund as soon as possible!
