Lasership. WHY

I seriously don't understand how a company like Sephora could consciously use Lasership. One google search and you can see through yelp (1 star, 500+ reviews), BBB (it's rated with an F) and general reviews that this company is completely unreliable and deceptive. You would think a company like Sephora would value their customers a little more than that, it's a complete joke. I'm VIB Rouge and have 2 day "flash" shipping... package said it was delivered on Sunday and it was not. Checked the security footage and as there are GATES where it was to be delivered to, would be IMPOSSIBLE to leave it at the front door as claimed by Lasership. Saw no sign of a package left AT ALL (even at the gates). It's Tuesday and I'm still waiting for my package (ordered on Friday). So disappointing Sephora.

No advice just came here to commiserate - since Sephora switched to Lasership I've had THREE separate orders be marked as "delivered" without them ever showing up. I too have been loyal to Sephora for several years and never used to have this problem. What's even more infuriating than being told your package is delivered when it isn't, is when you call Sephora to complain and they tell you to wait THREE DAYS to call back in case it "shows up". Only then will they reship the package! They ask me if I checked with my neighbors, etc. I have better things to do than knock on all my neighbors doors all day! Ridiculous! 

I've officially stopped shopping online with Sephora. Whatever money they've saved in switching to Lasership is going to be lost in customer loyalty and sales. Unfortunate.

Oh wow. If Sephora starts sending my items Lazership I'll go elsewhere. I have my things sent to a business (I rent a UPS box) and Lazership can't seem to deliver packages there between the 7am and 7pm that they're open. So they just keep coming back for 3 days straight at 9 pm, saying the business is closed so the package is undeliverable, and I never receive my package. I left Chewy for pet supplies for that exact reason. So far I've only been annoyed Sephora has started using USPS... I live right next to one of their warehouses, and even with paying for flash overnight it now takes an extra day due to USPS pickup times and sorting, etc. UPS was amazing, I get that USPS is cheaper, but that's the biggest service cut I'm willing to take. Lazership and I leave.

I'm 100% never shopping Sephora online again with flash shipping. I'd rather wait 2 weeks through USPS or UPS than roll the dice on hundred dollar plus purchases using lasership. I researched and they are definitely using lasership in multiple states, such a bummer. Def shows no loyalty to their customers at all.

From the info you found, does it seem to just be people using flash Flash overnight? I know Amazon had a similar deal with some cities, if you chose overnight you got Lazership. Or is it even Flash 2 day that people are complaining about?

My complaint specifically relates to Flash 2-day shipping. I've never used the over night Flash before. Most of the complaints are 2-day shipping complaints, although I did see some from the 1 night shipping as well.
