Lasership - Delivery Attempts - False Claims

This is the second time my order has been shipped via Lasership and I would like to make Sephora and other customers aware of some of the issues with this forwarding service.

Firstly, the drivers lie about making delivery attempts. Secondly, the customer service is apathetic to these issues, even when provided with the evidence of these lies.

As Lasership is contractually obligated to Sephora to expedite shipping, then they are failing and not only stealing from you but also from us, your customers.

I would like Sephora to open an investigation focusing on the following:

Fulfillment and delivery of orders.

Customer satisfaction with Lasership delivery.

Flash Shipping doesn't mean anything if the packages are not arriving within the time frame given.

 

I placed an order October 26th. The address to which this package is to be delivered is a business, it is open from 7.30 AM to 6.30 PM The entry to the business is easily accessible, there are no locked doors or closed gates. There are employees at all points of entry to assist visitors and route deliveries.

As the tracking manifest on the Lasership website indicates delivery was attempted :

 BROOKLYN, NY 11211 US  10/30/2017   4:38 pm Delivery could not be completed - Business closed

 BROOKLYN, NY 11211 US 10/27/2017 5:16 pm   Delivery could not be completed - Unable to leave parcel

 

On the 31st I called Lasership and spoke to their Customer Service on 3 separate ocassions, details below:

12.00PM left voicemail and submitted complaint to website

2.15PM spoke with Caesar and reiterated same things. Told me the GPS had logged the driver several blocks from destination delivery when the above delivery notes were entered. Also submitted complaint via the website.

4.45PM package finally delivered by Driver as I was on the phone with customer service

I have been a client of Sephora for as long as they have done business in the United States. I am also a Rouge Client, spending thousands of dollar every year. this type of service is unacceptable not only for you clients but also to whatever contract or agreement Sephora may have with Lasership. I would rather receive my orders from reputable shippers like Fedex or UPS than have to worry over the stunts Lasership pulls. I would rather receive my orders in 5 business days than have to call Lasership repeatedly to assure them that I am in fact at the delivery location and that their drivers are lying.

I am now waiting for my VIB sale orde, I have already called Lasership twice today regarding this issue of non delivery. The customer service at their dispatch has already informed me the same driver will be delivering my package. that very same driver that lied about delivery attempts the 27th and 30th

Sephora, you can do better than this! I would like to know how you are going to address these problems.

It's sad that Sephora still uses lasership so when you place an order just pay the extra $ to have USPS deliver it it's worth it. I've had all my big point rewards stolen like the limited edition too faced rewards n it was super sad and birthday orders as well it's totally unacceptable but that is what I learned from it.

Based on reviews, I’m nervous about my package. I was expected to receive my package March 8 the latest since I did flash shipping. I was home all day to receive the package only to find out Lasership lied and said they “attempted delivery at 8pm.” Now, not only is my package late I don’t even know if I’ll receive it, I already called Lasership customer service and all they did was ask ohh do you live in a building? (no duh I put I live in a apartment) and then the lady on the phone asked for my address twice to confirm the destination was correct and then just stated they’ll redeliver again.

I suggest call Sephora have them send that box back to Sephora facility and have them reship using USPS honestly because that's the best shot at getting everything instead f waiting for lasership which is like waiting for it to rain diamonds and $100 bills lol

My package has currently been “out for delivery” for over 12 hours. It’s already had two different delivery dates. I’ve never gotten my package via Lasership any earlier in the day than 8:30 pm. It’s frustrating and I don’t trust it.

I’ve been waiting for almost $200 worth of products for almost two weeks! Sephora is really losing their touch and this Lasership company is a disgrace. This is my second lost package as well.

I had the same issue with a different shipper and Sephora. I waited all day, and then at the end of the day it would say delivered hours earlier, even though it never showed up. Two packages in a row did this, and now I don’t get anything from Sephora that I can’t pick up in person. It’s frustrating that I can’t order anything online because of the terrible shipping partners.

I was supposed to get my order today, it said it was 'out for delivery' at 8:48 a.m. I kept checking outside, thinking it might be silently left on my porch like my last package from sephora, and I didn't want it to be stolen. Tick tock, tick tock, finally a knock on my door. It's the UPS man but he doesn't have my items. Another knock, USPS, not my sephora order again. I track my package AGAIN around 8:30 p.m when it still hadn't arrived. Now the status says 'attempted'. Ummm, excuse me? No one attempted to deliver my package, I was home all day and answered every knock on my door. I might have emailed sephora customer service, had they not IGNORED my emails the last two times I attempted to get help with something. My boyfriend paid extra for 2 day shipping because it wasn't supposed to be affected by the delays. Well, now he is telling me he would really like his money back for that shipping!

Hello, I think this might be the first time I had an issue with a package getting here and my first time with Lasership. Just like the above post, I waited for knocks at my door and it was out for delivery after 8 am. Close to noon I get an update saying 'attempted' and there were no knocks! I really hope my package isn't lost.
