Kat Von D tattoo liner

Just received the eyeliner and it appears very dry when applied leaving skin spaces in the eye area even when applied again. Does anyone else have this problem or is it simply dried out and needs to be returned? I tried it 3 times already and had to add my Almay liquid liner to fill in spaces. I bought this because it was highly rated but unsatisfied now.

I've purchased the Kat Von D tattoo liner on multiple occasions and never experienced what you're talking about. I'd say you got a bad batch unless they recently changed their formula. Definitely try to exchange it.
