January's $25,000 Sweepstakes - Points Never Deducted?

Hey! I thought I bought two different entries for last month's $25,000 sweepstakes, but I never saw my Beauty Insider points amount go down even though I saw the confirmation page. How do we know if that actually went through?

When they rang me up in the store a couple days after entering? (I thought?) the contest, I was surprised that I had more points than expected, and thought I might've caught a multiple-points day. Nope! Sweepstakes points were never deducted at all. What's going on with this, and did I actually enter the contest or nah? If not, how do we actually enter these sweepstakes next time?

Hi @stefthepef,

For the January Sweepstakes, points will be deducted in one lump sum after the sweepstakes entry period closes. You can expect the deduction to be reflected in your Beauty Bank between February 5, 2020 and February 10, 2020. You won't receive an email confirmation. Thank you!
